Does anyone have recent good/bad experiences from sportsglasses.online (advertised in the Cycle mag)?
I ordered a pair of prescription cycling glasses from them and have an order number and confirmation email, but it's now almost a month later and there's no sign of the glasses, nor any notification of the order actually progressing. The email reply address with the order confirmation had the domain name misspelt, and I haven't had any response to my query to the (corrected) info email address which I sent last week. The phone number they give is a premium rate number so I don't fancy calling that. Is it time to contact the credit card company, or is this company just slow and otherwise reliable?

Update: I did actually receive the specs today, so at least the company is not just a cowboy outfit. Would have been nice to have had some proper communication though; it took over 4 weeks between payment and receiving the goods.
