Simeone I have really enjoyed the photos of your rides over the years.
I am very sorry to read of your health issues and how it has effected your cycling.
I wish you all the best for the future and thank you.

Thank you keith, now in the recover phase the operation that had in September was successful, got to see the consultant in January and also have another CT scan in January. I have been still taking photos of plants in my garden which you can see on my website at this link http://www.thebrewstop.co.uk/2025/index.html As they non cycling, I have not been posting links to them on this forum and if anyone interested in my photography I do have flicker and facebook accounts where post updates on.

This one looks like the flower is mimicking an insect already in it's petal like a defence mechanism. Although when I read up on it, it could be warning insects that it's poisonous.
Harmful if eaten. Wear gloves and other protective equipment when handling. Pets: Harmful if eaten.

Simeone don't give up on the idea of cycling to soon as I have seen lots of videos of people with a Stoma bag doing outdoor activities including swimming and running.
If you do ever consider using wheels again and can not manage a safety bike then the are some nice off road recumbents about.
If you then add an electric conversion that would take away and fitness anxiety.
All the best for the future.
