Username change request

Post by R Soul »

Hi.

Can an admin please change my username. A while ago someone suggested the current one is a bit too obviously on the rude side for a UK based forum where many people could get the pun.

New request:

Thanks

My father went to school with a boy called Robert Soul. What were his parents thinking about when they named him?

Probably nothing. The coach company now known as 'Souls' and previously 'Soul Brothers' was for many years run by Bob Soul, so no prizes for guessing what mischevious children called their school buses, even if it was never officially the company name. https://soulscoaches.co.uk/about-us/

Back in the days when our local paper used to print team news for the weekend's rugby matches, we regularly got away with a player who was called R Soles - and a few others that I dare not mention here.

When Barry Crier first joined BBC radio he 'invented' a lady called Mary Hinge, she who often appeared in
sketches - no-one in authority ever cottoned on.

All good clean fun!
