Very nice, is Blackford (going onto Wedmore) just the otherside of the hill?

That photo was taken looking North from a small road between Othery and Aller, roughly looking towards Glastonbury.
The low line of hills are the Poldens.

Aller Drove at Pathe on the outskirts of Othery. :wink:

Across the Cob at Porthmadog I also had a rainbow.
The floods of Monday have receded somewhat.

The spillway on the Parrett is now running following the rain. In a couple of days that view of the Somerset levels posted above may be of a lake.

Recently had a ride out to see the Lancaster Bomber Sculpture near Norton Disney, on the Notts/Lincs border, east of Newark. Couldn’t get closer than the viewpoint on one of the nearby roads. They do have the occasional open weekend when you can get closer to it, but my ride was on a Monday.
