Royston Wood .gpx wtd

I’m comparing several routes and would like to include Royston’s route. I bought the book, but the .zip folder link has expired or broken.

I have been able to download the first day onto Google maps, but I can’t interrogate it for stats.

Can anyone point me to where I might find them or do I need to try and upload them to Strava ?
