It's funny, as much as I adore beans on toast, I am a creature of habit and never deviate from my nearly kilo of mixed Turkish yoghurt, high protein kvarg, blueberries and lingon berries, strawberry jam, banana and other mixed fruits.
I feel cheated if I have to start the day with anything else.

i found a stack in a local Lidl (at 50p) and am re-discovering a liking for them.axel_knutt wrote: 15 Mar 2026, 2:47pmDunno what's causing it, but I heard someone on the radio mention the difficulty in getting sardines, so I assume it's quite widespread. Both Tesco and Sainsburys seem to be selling Alva when they haven't got their own brand, but they aren't as good.mig wrote: 14 Mar 2026, 8:41pm 60p in Morrisons this morning but only a few on the shelf alongside a large empty area. this is the overfishing thing i take it?
