Beans on toast is my 6 day breakfast. On the 7th its a full fry up.

Reuse, recycle, to save the planet.... Auctions, Dump, Charity Shops, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Boots. Old House, and a Banger ..... And cycle as often as you can...... Every little helps!

You gotta respect that as a morning routine! :lol: :mrgreen:

It's funny, as much as I adore beans on toast, I am a creature of habit and never deviate from my nearly kilo of mixed Turkish yoghurt, high protein kvarg, blueberries and lingon berries, strawberry jam, banana and other mixed fruits.

I feel cheated if I have to start the day with anything else.

I don't think Swmbo would be impressed if I had a breakfast like that before our Tandem outing.

Dunno what's causing it, but I heard someone on the radio mention the difficulty in getting sardines, so I assume it's quite widespread. Both Tesco and Sainsburys seem to be selling Alva when they haven't got their own brand, but they aren't as good.
i found a stack in a local Lidl (at 50p) and am re-discovering a liking for them.
