Just popped up on Facebook on a site about Plymouth.
Tall bikes have been around a long time. Enjoy
Anyone care to date this.
Possibly a Curry's store when their main business was cycles before moving on to electronics.

A couple of years ago two guys came bombing along the A38 close by my UK home, doing an End to End on tall bikes. Directed them into Russell's bike shop in Liskeard to get broken spokes replaced. I'm sure that I can see a very small Halford's sign in your picture .....................................
