Would strongly recommend against!

That's a cheap tandem left to rust.

You'd spend a lot more getting it in a fit state than you would on a decent second hand one.

That looks easy to refurbish without needing to throw money at it. If I didn't have one already I would be very interested .Aluminium frame. A bargain for a lucky punter willing to collect.

Might need upgrades but it looks like it's disc ready. That is in it's favor, rim brakes on a tandem if no drum brake is trouble waiting to happen.
