Perhaps people have registered with new names.

Where's Thirdcrank, Mrs Tortoise, Nella, The mad organist, Dave Williams, Donkeebrain, Pilgrimjen, Car? Never had a licence, Beep! Beep!
to name just a few.

WHERE ARE YOU ALL?

Is it not possible to let people know CTC Forum is now back?

I received Yannick's Newsletter by email the other day, why did it not say that the Forum was back. I'd almost given up checking, only finding it yesterday. Can CTC not inform? Surely they have email addresses from before?

Hi Mick F
I asked Yannick not to publicise "the Return of the Boards" last friday.
This was to avoid everyone piling back in at the same time.
Although the phpbb software is very robust and I have ever confidence in the overall setup, I thought it better to avoid an immediate stress test as we only went live on friday.

I'm back too but I can't remember who I was on the old forum, I think I was Si D on the forum before the old forum, but I gave up on the previous forum when some of the silliness started (oh and I had to do some work) :oops:

Si I take your point butty but it was because everbody gave up on the old forum that the silliness wasn't nipped in the bud. Hopefully it's all gone now and we can all enjoy the forum again without insults.

A gallery is a possibility - time will tell. At the moment there aren't many pictures posted. It's quite nice to stumble across them though - to illustrate & enliven the posts.
