Water, water everywhere nor any drop to drink

Went out for a quick ten mile tour of Llangorse Lake this morning just to get some fresh air. Took this nice moody picture for you all to see why I love Mid-Wales - even in the winter.

Diet? Me?

I'm on the "Chips and Beer Diet", washed down with red wine, more chips, peanuts and crisps.

Cheese, bacon, spuds, fried bread, more red wine, more beer, a few more chips, Mars Bars, Penguins, Wagon Wheels, more chips, more and more beer,

...........

Oh, and some cycling! (With my Quadrulpe 10sp, augmented by my Rohloff 14.)
