It only has fourteen sources of light,whereas Shimano has 30 and Campag has 33 :shock: ,admitedly some are duplicated but it all adds to more illumination,OTOH Rohloff with only fourteen "sources" leaves some dark(or at least dim) areas :roll:

The problem with the S & C bulbs is you have to use thin wires and wrap them around stuff before they get to the bulb. I've heard stories of wires only lasting 1000 hours!
OTOH, Rohloff allows for a big beefy wire which lasts much longer and doesn't need wrapping around anything.

Personally I'd stay well clear of Campagnolo bulbs, no one in their right mind would touch anything electrical made by an Italian company.

Well I planted some bulbs but they came up as Lumens. :!:

Can you still buy bulbs for a Maglite or are they all LEDs?
