I just bought some el-cheapo Aldi/Lidl longs and cut em off below the knee. Work fine.

I have had nothing but Corinne Dennis for the last 15 years or so. Very comfortable and a good quality Lycra / cotton. No grippers thank goodness.

Susan, do you find the lack of elastic in the waistband causes them to roll down a bit?

The lack of elastic in the bottom of the legs is lovely, as it doesn't mark your calves (which for ladies then changing into a skirt with bare legs, is a bonus).

I don't appear to have lost weight, if anything I have put some on, but the Corrine Dennis 3/4 denim colour ones I have seem to 'droop' a bit. Mind you, the cheapy Tenn ones with the pad like a sanitary towel do that even worse. The lightweight fleece chamois on the CDs is nice.

Not really SJS. In fact I use them for yoga as well and I like the way they come well up to the waist.
