Scotland at easter pictures oh I need to go back!

Hi All,

Following on from Shanes and Helens trip to norway in winter, I managed to get upto Scotland during easter (march which they regard as winter), whilst nowhere as brave or in the same league, the temperature rarely got above 0, lowest was -12, I thought I would post some photos to show what it's like if anyone is going to do it.

I think you mean Strathconon - I used to cycle a lot around there as a child. Lovely part of the country but I'm much too soft to camp at that time of year .

Thank's for the pic's. I was in Scotland last May for a month, west coast. Outer Hebrides and north coast, the cycling was just magical.
I am back there in about 3 weeks, can't wait!!

I've just spent the last 10 - 11 days in Scotland (days 12 & 13 in England) unfortunately trying to dodge the inclement weather and very strong headwinds, but it is magical if you get lucky with the weather. I had a good couple of days, especially from Glen Shiel to Inverness and then visited some lovely coastal towns around the east peninsula - I will add some 'good road' photos when I get back!

Last day tomorrow with rain & 20 mph headwinds

I'm now lusting and dreaming after an Hillberg Nallo 3 GT to go back in winter when it's really bad.

Who knows may come true if I get plenty of work
