Introductions - tell us about yourself
Hi John.
Photographs on this site are easy.
When you post a message, in the window you are in there's a "button" labeled 'Upload picture'.
Click on it, and a new window appears. If you have a picture somewhere on your computer, press 'Browse' and navigate to it, then click 'Send'.
The picture appears on the post as a string of letters and stuff that references where the actual photo is in the 'Gallery' you have created.
When you've finished, click on 'Preview' below the window you are typing in and see the result. If happy, click 'Submit'
Have a go in the "Test Board" area, to see if it works.

not really but i did upgrade to xt v-brakes when they came out, dont recall what year that was , i think if you keep stuff clean and well lubed and adjusted it makes hell of a difference.plus dont do any of the jumping about like i used to years back. i do love retro stuff and have just bought a pair of scott at-4 bars the same as i used to have on my old trek, ill try a pic.
couldnt find very good pic but you should get the idea.

I'm interested in cycling in UK
Hello! I'm a Japanese woman, working at a university as an office worker.
Of course I like cycling very much. I have a road bike made by Bianchi .
Now I am planning to go on a trip to UK, especially Cornwall next year. After reading some websites, I'm interested in cycling in UK.
Please tell me something about cycling in UK. I'd like to rent a bicycle there while my trip.
