No more than fits in front & rear panniers and a barbag. Too much more and your bike will be unresponsive, slow and difficult to handle. It's probably safer to travel light than cary everything to deal with any situation and create undue stress on bike & rider as a result.

I looked at this but it is not as good as it seems. Also a problem if you want to cycle off leaving your tent on site.
Anyway Wiggles and others do it cheaper.
