Specialized Vita Elite Disc 2013

My wife had her Specialized Vita Elite Disc 2013 stolen from the Tesco Extra in Baguley South Manchester tonight around 17.30.
This is a picture of a very similar bike. I am going to try and find a picture of the actual bike but this will do for now.
The bike is very distinct with:
SKS mudguards
Shimano dynamo front wheel
B + M Lumotec Iq2 Luxos B headlamp
Tubus Vega pannier rack with Toplight Line Plus rear light
Ergon GP3 grips
Any information would be very good as this is her commuter bike and is sorely missed.
