What is this peak?
Can somebody familiar with north west Scotland tell me the name of the peak in this photo? I took it from the A385 at Inverlael, about eight miles south of Ullapool, grid reference NH182850. The direction is difficult to determine as there's a curve in the road at that point but I'd guess it's south west or south south west. I've picked all the peaks I can find on the map and googled them but none seem to be pointed like this!

Looks like Sgur Mhor in the Fannichs.
And from another angle.

I would guess one of the An Teallach peaks, maybe Lord Berkeley's Seat http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/ullapool ... lach.shtml
edited to add: I think irc has it. An Teallach is west from there.

Re: What is this peak?
Wow, thanks. I wasn't looking far enough away!
Re: What is this peak?
I reckon that's one of the peaks above Braemore at the head of the valley.
Sgùrr Mòr is the obvious choice. I have a similar shot taken from a bit further back along the shore of Loch Broom.
