I remember reading that during the winter Sean Yates would use tubs inside of clinchers and when the season arrived switching to race tyres felt as if he was flying.

Hi all, I understand what you guys mean, the tougher the training the bigger the benefit for me. Yea then in the summer I can fit proper road tyres and win races!!!!
