If the "brand refresh" is going to change the name to cyclingUK what's going to happen to the overseas holidays and other stuff for tours in other countries? Are they going to be abandoned?

CTC Cycling Holidays are run by a wholly owned subsidary company, CTC Cycling Holidays And Tours Ltd. The venture is profitable and therefore unlikely to be abandoned.
I think it reasonable to forsee a change of trading name to Cycling UK Holidays.

. . . that would seem to be an oxymoron - cyclingUK holidays rather suggests UK cycling holidays which, I think, form only a small part of the existing holiday listings?
To use another oxymoron, it's clearly confused

The CEO has said the organisation is still registered as Cyclists's's' (damn that pesky apostrophe) Touring Club and hinted that local groups can still use 'CTC', so I don't see why this separate company needs to change. But if the erstwhile racers who now run the show insist on taking the T-word they so obviously deprecate out of Tours, I'll go private and take my clients with me.
