I know its a bit outside London but Geoff Wiles in Strood near Rochester used to build frames. Damn good they were as well. I'm not sure if he is still there though.

The obvious candidates are Condor and Roberts (admittedly in Croydon). There must be many others, I just cannot think of them for the moment.

I recently had my steel fame blasted and resprayed by Vaz in South London.He doesnt do welding/brazing etc but I am sure he knows a man that does.
I thoroughly recommend Vaz for resprays as my frame is now a joy to behold

I haven't visited the store for ages, but I think Pearsons in Sutton still do jobs like that.

Witcomb Cycles of Deptford, London. Ernie has now retired and the business is run by his son Barry. I have two Witcomb frames, one tourer and one race frame. Can highly recommend them
