This is total fantasy. Start in Vancovar Canada cycle across Canada then down the east coast to the Southern tier cross America to Pacific coast up coast to Alaska cross Berring Strait to Vladivostok then a simple task of cycling home to England.

I'd quite like to do the rest of the Via Verde del Baix Ebre, or maybe start in Valencia and ride the Xurra and then Ojos Negros and at the end, decide whether to ride west to reach Madrid via the Tajuña or get the train back to Valencia. http://www.viasverdes.com/mapas_en.asp

Quite a few routes in Germany could be fun too.
MJR, mostly pedalling 3-speed roadsters. KL+West Norfolk BUG incl social easy rides http://www.klwnbug.co.uk

Cape de Sao Vicente in Portugal to Nordcapp in Norway. Or maybe just round the Baltic!
