To follow the CTC's rebranding as Cycling UK, I am working my way through the Forum replacing "CTC" and "the CTC" with "Cycling UK" where necessary.
Note that "CTC" will be retained where it makes sense historically, and in old Forum messages: I don't propose to search-and-replace throughout the entire database.
