Yes, tons, as I wrote earlier: just ask a general business insurer such as Hiscox or a broker like Adrian Flux or Caunce O'Hara. Shop around.

I think the worry is cycle couriers - a risky occupation. Also, it might just be a bit niche for insurance companies to have off the peg packages for individuals needing insurance for working specifically as cyclists.
