Go to the bottom of the M1 and park in a side street near Brent Cross tube station? You might need to be quite a few streets away but only a few minutes walk or if switching to bike it doesn't matter.

Radlett has a big station car park and decent rail service. It's just inside the M25 and only 5 miles from the M1/M10

Why not simply take the bike on the train and cycle from the main line station?

I used to take a bike on the train from Swindon and then cycle Paddington to Canary Wharf in around 40 mins - about the same time it took to tube it!
