Thanks for all the replies. I didn't really think about my body "stabilising" or taking care of itself. Im a very good eater so Im sure I will naturally develop into my own routine for eating and cycling etc. Im sure I wont compain about extra at mealtimes :lol:

I think I got momentarily caught up in the hype surrounding some of these formulas for a moment.

If you lose weight, you've less weight to move when cycling, which takes less energy and so you may stabilise. I also think increasing calorie intake is more common, though.
