Thanks for all the replies. I didn't really think about my body "stabilising" or taking care of itself. Im a very good eater so Im sure I will naturally develop into my own routine for eating and cycling etc. Im sure I wont compain about extra at mealtimes

Can't figure out how that works, I think people stabalise by increasing their calorie intake, what happens if they don't?
If you lose weight, you've less weight to move when cycling, which takes less energy and so you may stabilise. I also think increasing calorie intake is more common, though.
