Since I seem to have taken on a role as commissaire, please feel free to post a baby pic from 1974 or anything at all, come to that 8)

Another one, this is one at Tan Hill Inn in Oct 1985 with me mate on the Right. This was taken on the self-timer, making us looking like Tiny Tim & Tom Thumb

This is one, with me 3rd from the right on the front with my big Sister 3rd from the left.
This was taken in 1963 on Bonfire night and yes my hair has grown quite a bit in the next 10 years

A cutting from a French paper 1964. The Vélo Club Bagnols-Marcoule. That's me at the back without a casquette - massed-start cap to you lot.

Apart from 1970's, for some reason I don't know why there were covered up. That all changed in the 1980's when I took up cycling and rambling in the great outdoors and been uncovered since then apart from Winter

Just found another of me in France. This was during the lunchtime break in a two stage race. Me on the right and my faithful Geoff Clark out in front (complete with Brooks Professional saddle 'latest equipment' in those days.) I never bothered keeping any of the newspaper cuttings. I posted them home and my mother just kept the ones she thought looked nice, so there are no actual racing shots - not that I ever did anything to shout about. (Note for the eagle eyed, although I now use the moniker Mick, my full style and title is John Michael.)

Since you mention knees, I think your own may have attracted more attention on here than many other pairs

Perhaps so when I was 16 but certainly not now. :D They haven't even seen the light of day in public for the past 18 years.

I didn't become a teenager until 1985, I was more of an Iron Maiden fan.

Me, again at St. Bees July 1994 on a double Coast to Coaster.

Very impressed with the "double coaster" Asdace, but I'm a bit puzzled by the contrast in the leg colours. Your left leg seems to have missed the sun, perhaps it got tanned on the return journey.
Anyway I prefer Albionlass's legs!

Heres a pic of me and fellow trainees at the NAAFI in HMS Pembroke 1983. I'm the daft looking one at the back, mouth open and waving my arms (beer was cheap in those days).
