Pins and Needles in the fingers after long MTB ride
Pins and Needles in the fingers after long MTB ride
I've just come back from a couple of days long distance MTB'ing and have been woken up at night with bad pins and needles in my end finger joints. The second night I still got it although slightly less severely. During the daytime it mainly disappears but it comes back at night. Does anyone know if this is likely to be carpal tunnel syndrome and/or poor handlebar set-up/lack of well padded gloves/poor riding technique??

I think straight handlebars could play a big part in causing hand problems, but see other posts.
