I recommend the Flightradar app (if you don't have it or something similar) I always reach for my phone when i hear an unidentified plane or helicopter go over to see what it is. Also just interesting to browse and see whats in our airspace. There's a few Qatari fighter jets going in circles over the sea near Newcastle at the minute for some reason.
That's only for civilian flights -- had to get military Freedar to see what was going on but I've heard that it was two air tankers refueling a number of F22's heading south or south east -- probably from America heading to Iran. Noise went on for about 15 or 20 min -- very loud and not like any civilian aircraft.

Flight radar does have military flights on (as mentioned Qatari fighters as an example), as long as they have their transponders on, do wouldn't suprise me if them yanks didn't, because they think they're special! 😁

More Than This -- nice slow cover of a great song by Bryan Ferry.

He’s still got it too!! Still think Comfortably Numb is one of his best solo works - really good cover by Bumblefoot with Sons of Apollo.
Currently listening to Sabaton’s Soldier of Heaven at the moment though

You!
Behind the bike shed!
Stand still, laddie!

The Wall is a brilliant album, purchased a vinyl copy in 1980, transferred it to a TDK C-90 and enjoyed it during that cold snowy winter while warm and snug in boyfriends Ford Capri... :P

I'm currently enjoying Ummagumma on CD

Thanks for that, my favourite SRV song, It brought back memories of how much I listened to him back in the '90's.
I visited Chicago in 1991, and there was a massive picture of him on the wall behind the bar in Buddy Guy's club, Legends. He'd died, along with others, in a helicopter crash not long before.
Buddy performed a song in his memory on his
' Damn Right I Got The Blues' album.
'Remembering Stevie' - A chilling tribute.
