I used the Ice grey 6700 series on my Raleigh Ti, it looked very nice but I had a blue FRM CU2 Evolution instead of the Ultegra cranks for a bit of bling :D
Why are you speccing a GS Ultegra when the short cage can do a 32t no problem at all? It's in fact specc'd for a 30 anyway The short cage 6700 has a bigger capacity than the newer 68000 SS RD for sure.

I thought the max was 30t. If the Short Cage can do 32t, than I will go for that. Don't see myself using anything bigger than 32t.

The silly thing about the 6700GS is that it also has a max sprocket of 30T according to Mr.Shimano but has a bigger 40T capacity to cope with the triple. However Shimano max is ALWAYS different to actual max, so yes, Shimano do state a 30T largest cog but i've seen someone running a Dura Ace 9000 RD with a 32t when it should only be 28t per Shimano's specs.
You should be ok even if you accidentally run 50/32 (so long as your chain length is correct to account for such mishaps), the rd will be stretched out but it shouldn't naff it up.
