Immediate thoughts - no chalk used and suggested no air in tube when reseating tyre.

Puncturing object left in the tyre?
No mention of un-sticking the tyre from the rim.....just ram a lever in and crank it off.
If you take the tyre off, put a bit of air in the tube, put the tube in the tyre and mount the tyre and tube together all in one go then you can't pinch the tube under the tyre bead.

Sorry, absolute rubbish, and I only watched the first half minute or so.
You cannot show how to remove a wheel and tyre without showing how difficult it can actually be, especially if the puncture is in the rear wheel.
You cannot show how to inflate the inner tube when the hole is too big to inflate it.
You cannot show how to mark off the hole, if you cannot find it.

Didn't bother watching further.

Even with tubed tyres? Would have thought this was only for tubeless, stick ons?

As per some of the comments above:

1. It was too glib about removing the wheel, releasing brake etc;
2. Nothing about checking for and removing whatever caused the puncture;
3. Plus, I find it easiest to put the tyre next to the valve on last, not first.

Otherwise, it was clearly meant as an attempt to demystify the process, so was OK as far as it went.

Sometimes if the tyres have been on for a while they can sort of stick to the side of the rim, just pushing the sidewall/bead of the tyre away from the rim helps when you want to remove it.

As for bit near the valve to put tyre on last, never tried it but on first has always worked for me, each to their own mind.

I have always put the tyre levers in on either side of the valve not on the other side of the wheel as in this vid :-
push the valve in to the tyre and then put the levers in - this ensures that the tube is safely away from the rim and you won't pinch it with the levers creating a bigger problem than you started with.
( afraid I didn't watch beyond that)

1. Find taxi number from wallet or Smart phone.
2. Take taxi (or walk) to nearest bike shop or station or cycling friend/partner.
3. Hand over cash/invite for meal.
4. Remember too that you never need to mend a puncture, just use a new tube.

Why is it motorists can call the AA but cyclists have to do it themselves?

Well, I never put the logo or pressure suggestions beside the valve, I know what make my tyres are and I know the pressures I use so I put the wear-indicators there. Apart from that, she didn't push the wheel all the way up into the drop-outs before tightening the QR, and she didn't re-centre it off the stand and make sure the brakes were closing symmetrically on the rim.

And on the personal level, people with piercings make me feel vaguely sick - which, I suppose, is their purpose.
