Is AVD still alive? (Windcheetah)

Post by Fonant »

Has anyone managed to contact AVD (the people who make the Windcheetah) recently, or know if they're still in business?

I think it's yes to both questions. Last contacted them by email on Monday and currently waiting for another reply to a follow up question. They've also offered me a quote to alter a Windcheetah. Oh No! What have you heard (before I send them my money). Google them, from the top of my head I think it's www.windcheetah.co.uk

Nothing much, just some people who'd tried phoning them without much luck. I suspect they are (as usual) rather busy.

wallyone: your link has a fullstop at the end and this will prevent it working thus giving fonant further tremulations. :)

Oops! Sorry about that but I didn't mean to put it as a link. Thanks for correcting that. I expect the Easter holiday doesn't help with any enquiries.

Don't worry, it's not me that's trying to contact them. I run a Windcheetah FAQ page (being the owner of one) and I often get contacted about things Windcheetah-related.

I suspect it's just a small business + Easter holidays type thing.
