I guess it was never going to have a happy ending, but for family members it will help answer questions and they can begin to move on. RIP

The find has been confirmed as Tony Parsons.

Different, stronger contempt of court rules apply in Scotland and AIUI, nothing may be published between charge and trial verdict.
