well we are clutching at straws to explain eg a few bits of light ectc for £500 or so was it? or for a bike that in most of our eyes is just junk

The point of money laundering is that it is not traceable. EBay transactions are logged, hence traceable.
Pay £5000 cash for a car...not traceable.
Don't get me wrong, it's totally fishy, probably payment for recreational pharmaceuticals.
