Sad Day.....

Post by JQ666 »

My commuting days are over

From tomorrow, my office will be at my home, so today was my last bike commute.

I'll need to find time in my day / night / weekend to get on the bike otherwise I'll go mad. I'll use the bike to take my post to the post office (which will be most days), but it's only a short ride.

You can't get out of it so easy, commute to home, from home by means of a loop ride, the plus is you can choose your route :)

I wish - that will never wash with the wife!

We'll be kind of 'job-sharing' and that will also mean 'getting the kids out of bed, fed, watered & dressed sharing' too

I think it'll be out in the evening for me - during the summer anyway.

I actually miss commuting.

Now I have to get off my bum and get out, there's always a reason that I can't find the time. It takes an effort, but I do it!

It doesn't mean that you have to stop commuting JQ. I'm based at home most days but still commute, only now I go out and come back home again (and I swap my time around so I'm commuting outside of the peak traffic times)

Hope those kids don't fidget or fight! Do kids exist that don't fidget?

There is one of those that rides around my town. It is just so cool. I had a close look at it and it is beautifully made, shame about the £1000+ price tag!
