Tiagra 4700 pull ratio

Post by neilob »

Can I pair the Tiagra 4700 road shifters with Dura Ace 10 speed 7800 rear mech? I am very confused after reading earlier posts including my own!

simple answer; "no"

- because the shifters pull too much cable.

However this combination will index nicely if you use an 8s cassette....

cheers
