Here is my medium Longitude set up for camping. The rack fixing points on the seat stays are very low down so I bought longer struts to cope with that. It handles well with four panniers. I've found that putting more weight in the front panniers eliminates the speed wobble at about 30kph. I'm 5'9" if that helps with any sizing questions. It's a very comfortable bike.
