It is "Oder-Neisse Radweg"

Dunno where you can get info but it is great, often one may cycle on either bank, usually atop the dyke, tarmac, no traffic
Might be worth avoiding in the high season

Cycling-of course, but it is far better on a Gillott

That should be a double-s not a b, so searching for Oder-Neiße-Radweg or Oder-Neisse-Radweg or Oder-Neisse Cycleway or Cycle Route finds many more sites, including a map plot https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/9697 (clicking the members displays the highlights of each section on the map) and https://www.oderneisse-radweg.de/en.html in English.
MJR, mostly pedalling 3-speed roadsters. KL+West Norfolk BUG incl social easy rides http://www.klwnbug.co.uk

If you are not only interested in cycling, Zittau is interesting, old town, steam railway, near the Dreilandereck (border Czech, Poland), Goerlitz* is full of old restored buildings, many films were shot there
Frankfurt/Oder is very international, the uni is split between Poland & Germany, one may ascend the Oderturm/Tower to get the lie of the land
Frankfurt is not far from Berlin by train if you want a rest day/contrast
Younger people at least in both countries should speak a bit of English

* like a hundred other towns in Germany. Or in GB
