It looks to me like both the Orange and the Orro frames in question are not made in the UK, since the labels on the frames use the phrases 'British Design' and 'Designed in Britain'. Orro's website emphasises the assembly in the UK and the use of "the advanced levels of skills available in Britain for which the country is renowned as the leader in composites technology in industries such as aerospace and F1", but the actual words 'built in Britain' are conspiciously absent. I would assume they are made in Taiwan, which is probably the global centre of excellence anyway if you want a carbon fibre frame, but frankly's Orro's obfuscation of the place of manufacture of their frames would put me off. I would rather buy a frame from a company that was up front and proud of its place of manufacture, instead of one that tried to give a misleading impression about where its frames were made.

If you want a carbon frame that is made in the UK, then I would suggest you look at https://www.reillycycleworks.com/. The overblown marketing guff from Orro's website is in stark contrast to Reilly's:

Orro
We draw on the advanced levels of skills available in Britain for which the country is renowned as the leader in composites technology in industries such as aerospace and F1 – for example, our collaboration with the British carbon producer Sigmatex to use their Spread-Tow Carbon technology in the development of our all new carbon-fibre bikes; Gold STC and STC Signature models. True to the spirit of the traditional art of frame-building, for which Britain has been famous, we develop our own unique Orro Shape Designs – and all our carbon and aluminium high-end road bikes proudly carry our OSD mark as a sign of our quality. And each bike is lovingly finished by hand to meet our exacting standards of quality and refinement. An Orro carbon fibre bike is truly a statement of individuality and style.

Reilly
We have two workshops; Brighton Metalworks and Brackley Carbonworks in the heart of Formula 1 country. Each 600SL frame is fabricated by our composite materials industry veteran and co-founder, Neil Fitzgerald. Neil has developed his skill working with carbon fibre within the F1 industry and is exposed to the very latest technical innovations the field has to offer.

That said, if it were me rather than carbon I would want an old fashioned lugged steel frame built by Mark Reilly himself, who was one of the youngest 753 approved framebuilders.

Compared to the On-One Pompino I have.... I doubt I've ever seen a better paint job on a bike! and it seems to be durable.

I have a friend on here that i rode the LEJOG with last summer ... he rode on fixed, and his On-One frame was top quality kit.
