Openfietsmap - map data updates

I'm using a Garmin Nuvi sat nav. I've downloaded open street maps onto a memory card and use it in the Garmin. Unfortunately it doesn't have postcodes meaning I have to put the full address in to navigate. Does anyone know of UK maps with postcodes that will work in a Garmin Nuvi.?

Very easy to use/download - I use a chromebook and download easily before putting onto my aged garmin.

Use it for all my cycling and walking round town.
Great on a hand-held garmin tethered to my wrist, so much better in london town than a held aloft google mapped smartphone screaming steal me steal me.
