Squeaky Cleats

I ride Look delta pedals and cleats on my summer bike, but the squeak is really annoying. Does anyone have any experience of Look Keo's or SPD SL's. Are they any better?

I can't get on with normal SPD's either. For some reason, I get cramps in the front of my leg when using them.

My SPD's sometimes squeek. If they do then I un-clip and use the other side, sometimes helps.

Must admit that it drives me mad. It's worse up hill which makes me think its something to do with pressure.

i too ride look delta and know what you mean, but mines more a of a creak sound then a high pitched squeak. However, it can be cured

1. make sure the bolts holding the cleat to the shoe are as tight as possible
2. spray some wd40 or similar on the pedal top plate, ie between the front holder and the moveable grip at the back. I find it worse after rain, the worst being on a showery/sunshine day. Its as if theres some abrasion between the sole of the plate and the flat part of the pedal.
