I know they're related (though possibly not by blood), but I won't be grouping Andrew with Harry/William in any other way. They behave like different species.

Maybe, but what with 'democracy' becoming so flawed and toxic in these enlightened days of ours (see other threads) - maybe it's time to return to an Absolute Monarchy à la Charles I et al. Anyone buy into that ? Would Charles III fit the bill as Absolute Monarch? There are some things I like about the chap (whilst I can't say much for Liz & co.).

Of course there's always the risk of a latter-day Cromwell II (should that be "Cromwell III"?) rearing his ugly head...
