Garmin Edge - help please

When you've ridden a route and no longer need all the trackpoints, can you deleted the track points without deleting the points of interest like well placed picnic benches and church porches?
...to help all, especially young people of limited means, to a greater knowledge, love and care of the countryside, particularly by providing parking spaces for their 4x4s!!

If you mean on the Edge then yes, you delete the course (it's under training on the Edge menu) and it should leave your POI's intact.
