Shame Mrs.Wildduck has refused permission for me to attend the London event on Saturday but I know it makes sense not wasting fossil fuel ( and the cost!!) driving up there by car.
Anyway, there's the cycle cavalcade in Southampton in the morning so I'll redirect my energy to that and promoting cycling pre and post event (plenty of opportunity as I'll be on a recumbent in the middle of Southampton on a busy Saturday!).

IIt's not the first time the issue of identifying fellow forum members
when out
on the road has come up.
(Recently we had MickF on his grand tour identified only by his trailer
)
I was thinking we might have the new CTC kit customised with our forum names. No use here of course, because there's not enough kit to display a name. Apart from the fact that riding around like that with a placard saying 'numbnuts' might attract some advice.
In the meantime, I've been looking on our RNLI tea towel and I cannot decipher the signal being made by the flags. Best leave it there......

It's a skimpy little village, characterised by a distinctive "pinch point" at the rear.

rumour has it that one CTC Councillor was seen wearing only body paint.
For my part, Mrs L made it quite clear that if I were seen on the WNBR I'd spend the next year in the shed. And we don't have a shed.
