These are/were pretty good all rounders. Good puncture protection, rolling resistance and 'feel'. Feel is subjective, but I feel like I know what's going on beneath me with these tyres. They're also quite comfy in the bigger sizes.
As Vittoria don't make these anymore, is there a consensus on an equivalent in Vittoria's line up that meets the same characteristics.
Looking at the PlanetX website there are numerous versions of the Randonneur: some with 30tpi and some with 60tpi. The Pro were 120 tpi.
I once used the 30 tpi ones, and whilst they were tough, they felt stodgy.

Panaracer Ribmo available in 700 x 25 to 35mm,sizes are genuine.Quick,comfy,grippy and long lasting,when pumped up they have a pointed profile but don't let that put you off.

I forgot to list another one of my requirements. Being a Yorkshireman, the Vittoria were rather bargainous when PlanetX had their usual offers on.
The Ribmo are on my radar, but they're usually dearer. Will look out for offers.
