It's a good likeness though -- I like the orange glow

So pleasing to know the Captain is still remembered.

Well, since the regular rail services, this company has taken a dive!

On a TV programme about Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island) the narrator pronounced the name as if it were an English island spelt Ense Enley!
One gets accustomed to the mangling of Welsh names by English broadcasters, but this is exceptional.
One would expect a professional narrator to make some attempt to get such things correct
It's the same the whole world over
It's the poor what gets the blame
It's the rich what gets the pleasure
Isn't it a blooming shame?

Witnessing the first cycle crash I wasn't involved in. Both bike and rider OK car bonnet has a couple of extra dents.

From a football podcast talking about a player without enough talent:
"He hasn't got the minerals"
They are all saying it, this month.
We'll always be together, together on electric bikes...
We'll always be together, however far it seems.

Failed asylum seeker families to be offered up to £40k to leave UK
Apparently the labour government are trying to outbid Denmark's offer of £30k to leave.
I feel a plan for a new innovative cycle tour coming on.
I'll leave here then I'll leave Denmark -- and any other countries offering money to leave and just keep on going round and round.

The silver 'ach' contained within the golden arches, spotted whilst riding home last night.
...actually part of a sign on a building behind the Mc D' signage.
There may be a joke here...
