Cycle friendly B&Bs

Does anyone know if there is a good website which has lists of good cycle friendly B&Bs? I did find a CTC list but looking at the Peak District and Shropshire, where I am planning tours at present, there were hardly any entries. If such a site doesn't exist, can anyone recommend anywhere in the Shrewsbury area with decent cycle storage and evening meals within walking distance. Its for a one night stay only on a short weekend tour exploring some of the back lanes. We hope to stay over in the Tarporley area on the Friday night, Shrewsbury area (poss to the SE but not too far away) on the Saturday night and then back home again. It will be our first tour on our newest tandem, the 'JoyBringer'. She's done some dayrides and Audaxes up to and including a 300k but, as yet, she's not done any proper touring. We hope to take her touring in France next summer so we ought to get her use to the idea with some short breaks locally.
Thanks in advance for any help given.

Googling 'Cyclists welcome' is quite instructive.
First because the name is used by more than one organization.
Both the English and Scottish tourist boards (under what ever name they use ?Visit Scotland?) also have their own Cyclists Welcome schemes. These require establishments to provide specific facilities likely to be required by cyclists and then mean that the relevant logo appears on that place's guide entries. I presume that these places are inspected by the tourist boards in the same way that they count trouser presses, night porters etc for the other classifications. (I've never used this so I cannot comment. I was planning a tour in the Tweed Valley which has lots of Cyclists Welcome B&Bs listed - tourist board version - when ill health stopped my planning.)
The CTC has a scheme called Cyclists Welcome which is intended to be a database of paid for adverts by recommended establishments. Go down the clicking for accommodation in Shropshire and it brings up zilch.
This illustrates my other point which is that although there seem to be plenty of cyclists wanting to hear recommendations, there are fewer making the input. (Have a look at the sticky on the Tea Shop section of this forum.) This is complicated by updating and all the rest of it.

i live in Shrewsbury...but ive never stayed in a b&b so i couldnt recommend one sorry
i think your best bet is to ring a few from the above weblink & either ask if they are 'cyclist friendly' , or know of anywhere else that is?

We are now accepting free "one-line" listings for establishments in the CTC's
Cyclists Welcome directory, with the aim of making it more useful and hence also more interesting for advertisers. The option of having full details and a photo is still available for a very modest annual payment.
There may well be more developments to the database too, as we think the combined knowledge of the CTC membership should be able to beat any tourist board scheme for usefulness
Please feel free to recommend establishments using the
