Hi,
plancashire wrote: 22 May 2022, 10:04pm The jaws of Mole wrenches are the wrong shape. I have an American Vise-Grip, which is much better. It also cuts wire. The release lever also works the right way round. I've had mine for over 40 years. We use it for cracking nuts, too.
Vise Grips All Day Long :)
They do several jaw shapes and several lengths.
I used to grip something that would not move and use a hammer on the handle..............
But it never broke and does not bend and the jaws are nice and sharp and still align :D
Plenty of hammer marks on the handle but works forever.

If you have another make throw them in the bin unless you do as I do and use them for clamping whilst welding.....only useful use.

Then buy some vise grips!
