May 13 before recent events.
What's that minister's view on boris's last two press conferences?
And on dom's?
And on the fact that at his last press conference Boris refused to answer questions to himself, blocked questions to others, told us the matter was closed, treated us all like stupid children.
Lockdown is over in london, not because londoners are bad people but because they aren't going to take more [inappropriate word removed] from these two charlatans and the cowardly ministers supporting them.
From cycling round london it seems to me that the poor police are largely keeping out of the way as they know what the response will be if they intervene.
I said as much to two nice coppers outside cummings's place.
They didn't dispute my take on their current posture.

A cryptic post i am afraid unless you tell us what he said.
Was this at the daily briefing?
I have watched a few, and all the recent ones.
I stopped after boris's latest one, where he effectively micturated on democratic accountabilty

I won't be watching any more as they are i believe now billed as
Advice for little people

Sorry I though being in London you’d get the news before us in Scotland. I have never watched the UK briefing and only a few Scotland ones.

where they are living should have said where they normally reside? If i go wild camping where I am camping is where I am living ( at that moment ) what was the exact wording?

"Primary home"

A tweet from Tourism Minister, Nigel Huddlestone, sets it out in no uncertain terms: “You and your household can head outdoors for your physical and mental wellbeing in England. But be respectful to local people and communities. You must adopt social distancing at all times. Then return to your primary home – no overnight stays, including second homes and holiday homes.”

No one is disputing it's in the now-discredited advice and guidelines - but it's not in the law, whether or not we may think it ought to be.

well contrary to that view the BBC a few days ago gave a break down of fines imposed for breaking the rules and the Met came out top. So they are not turning a blind eye?

They may have thought you were a reporter trying to catch them out  You can imagine the Daily Mirrors next day headline "Cops Cop out"

That's historic mercalia.
That was then.
I was talking to the coppers about post cummings.
I thought you were aware of crowds of people in london today.
Trafalgar square.
Battersea.
Earlier this evening bbc traffic was reporting a blockage in parliament street/whitehall.

...and he cycle-camps to boot (at least he did when we were at school) - that's his bike on the left, mine on the right. He is behind the camera, I'm in front of it.

We both wanted Karrimor panniers - iirc, the choice of touring panniers was very limited - it was either Karrimor or Carradice. We also had Karrimor Bardale handlebar bags.
