The Alien III tool includes a 10mm, it's a bit that fits over the 6mm (IIRC). That one tool covers the most but I always wonder how good the steel must be on such a thing. Of course, the allen keys wiggle.
The Gorilla Grip Bondhus one that works like a Swiss Army knife, has little to no play at all (just like my loose Bondhus keys) so I think I'll just stick with that. The stupid thing is I will be carrying that and the Alien III with all its other fancy stuff on it like spoke wrenches, I just don't want allen keys that wiggle and they all seem to - apart from Bondhus.
I am sure I read somewhere, Bondhus make the allen keys that are part of the Park Tool MT-1, but if that's true they are of a lower standard than Bondhus loose keys or their Gorilla Grip tool.
I just got hold of the Park MT-1 but to my surprise, it also wiggles - although it's only 44g and only 8mm thick. For the lightest weight and emergency use, I suppose this is the best bet because it has got 3/4/5/6 and 8mm on it.
I'm going to buy a cheap micrometer and get to the bottom of all this. Even if it's inaccurate, it shouldn't be from one key to another measuring the same sizes.
As for finding a storage pouch I have given up.

Try W.H.Smiths.
They do zip-up pencil cases that should do you.

Then the keys are loose and rattling around.

Is the old one knackered? If so post it to me and I'll make you a copy, though it won't be for a few weeks as my sewing mach is out on loan.

How about a small length of scrap inner tube rubber ..... make a series of holes in it to hold the Allen keys eg 3mm holds 5mm key, 4mm holds 6mm key (If you get my drift!) One worry I have of using tiny 'adaptors and such-like' is that I'd lose them at the roadside whilst doing a repair, a long Allen key is less likely to be lost!
