What size of inner tube would you need for a 700 x 50mm tyre thank you in advance.

I am surprised as i thought the inner tube had to be at least the size of the tyre.

Another option would be 29x1.7-2.2inch tubes

Inner tubes expand. I’ve a 50 mm tyre sitting with a 25-28 tube in no bother.

A 50mm tyre is likely to actually measure up a bit smaller anyway, so 45 or 47mm is near enough.

But if you want to be a bit more conservative, these come in 40-62mm

IME the range of sizes written on a tube allows for stretch etc, so the tyre size (if reasonably accurate) ought to fall within the range.
